Delivery time
Germany: 1–3 working days
United Kingdom (UK): 1–3 working days

Free delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders — with no minimum spend.
Tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your delivery online at any time.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Cancellation period
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Conditions for a return
A return is only possible if:
- the item is unopened;
- the product is in its original condition;
- the original packaging is undamaged.
For reasons of hygiene and food safety, we're unfortunately unable to accept opened or used food products and syrups.
Return postage
The cost of returning an item is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund the purchase amount within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your order.
